After her project album He Said She Said with Shin Hye Sung in early 2008, Lyn finally returns with her fifth album. Let Go, Let In, It’s A New Day shows her totally immersed in the making of the album as she wrote most of the album’s 10 tracks and even participated as a composer for one of them. For the principal track “Love… Is All Lies” (Track 3), she invited Lee Jae Myeong who also composed Super Junior’s Marry U and Girls’ Generation’s Kissing You. The melodious heartbreaking ballad underlined by Lyn’s mellow and clear vocals promises to become another of her trademark songs. Other top entries on Lyn’s latest ballad-oriented release are her collaboration song “Captivating Person” (Track 9) with MC Mong and her cover version of Lee So Ra’s “Date” (Track 10).
